YOU, THE USER, EXPRESSLY AGREE TO USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CARLISTER.IE, IT’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE SITE, THE SOFTWARE, THE CONTENT OR THE MATERIALS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USING THE SITE. ALL INFORMATION RELATING TO VEHICLES ON THIS SITE IS SUPPLIED BY THE SELLER. CARLISTER.IE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A VEHICLE OBTAINED FROM THIS SITE. CARLISTER.IE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ELIMINATE ANY INFORMATION THOUGHT TO BE FRAUDULANT OR HARMFULL AT IT’S DISCRETION. ANY DISCREPANCIES REGARDING A VEHICLE MUST BE ADDRESSED WITH THE SELLER PRIOR TO ANY TRANSACTION TAKING PLACE. CARLISTER.IE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES THAT YOU WILL SELL YOUR VEHICLE OR OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR YOUR VEHICLE; AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY ENQUIRIES WILL BE FROM LEGITIMATE AND/OR QUALIFIED BUYERS. CARLISTER.IE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR PUNITIVE, RESULTING FROM USING THIS SITE.

Termination of Service
Carlister.ie retains the right to terminate or suspend your access to this site at any time for any reason. Materials provided by you may be removed by any means necessary if Carlister.ie believes these materials (a) are in violation of these Terms of Service or any law or regulation that may apply; (b) may prove harmful in any way to Carlister.ie or any of its users or (c) represent fraudulent activity of any kind. Carlister.ie is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as an authorised user because of a violation of these Terms of Service.

Carlister.ie may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. Your continued use of this website following our posting of such changes binds you to this agreement as modified. Carlister.ie may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this website, or any portion of this website, at any time without liability.
